West Michigan – After a couple of chilly days, milder temperatures are headed back for the end of the weekend and the weekend. The weather pattern will stay a bit unsettled with a frontal system located over the Ohio Valley. Showers are possible on Friday, with a good chance of showers and thunderstorms late Sunday.
If you’re travelling this weekend, it will stay a bit cool over the northern part of the state on Friday with highs in the 40’s to around 50. Mid 60’s to around 70 are forecast for most of Lower Michigan.
Temperatures warm into the mid-upper 70’s for Saturday, except cooler right along the lakeshore. Highs next to Lake Superior may only get into the mid 50’s to lower 60’s.
Sunday will be about the same with mid 70’s to around 80, except cooler along the lakeshore.
