BATTLE CREEK, Mich.–Police said two men were shot at a party early Sunday morning.

Officers were called to a report of shots fired in the 400 block of Garrison around 3 a.m. When they got there, police said they found a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound in the backyard of the home, which was holding a large party. He was taken to a local hospital, and his condition is not known at this time.

Another hospital alerted Battle Creek Police when a second shooting victim showed up there. The 24-year-old man appeared to have been shot at the same party, according to officials. He was apparently taken the the same local hospital as the first victim, and his condition is also unknown.
