Wyoming woman, 33, critically injured after being hit by car

WYOMING, Mich. — A 33-year-old Wyoming woman was hospitalized after being hit by a car Tuesday morning.

The crash happened at roughly 5:45 a.m. on 28th Street SW west of Clyde Park Avenue.    Police said in a release that the woman, Andrea Stroud, walked out in front of an eastbound vehicle.

Stroud was rushed to the hospital and is currently in critical condition.  No other injuries were reported, but the crash remains under investigation.
