GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-- May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness month and there are plenty of events planned in West Michigan.
Cystic Fibrosis is a life-threatening disorder that causes severe damage to the lungs and digestive system. An upcoming walk is planned for mid May to help raise awareness for the rare genetic disease.
The Grand Rapids Great Strides Walk is May 16, 2015 at 10 am in Johnson Park.
