MUSKEGON, Mich. — Orin Lawrence Mutschler, 40, was reported missing Friday by the Muskegon Police Department.
Mutschler was last seen April 27 in the 1800 block of Crowley Street, according to a release.
He is described by police as 6 feet 1 inch tall, 175 lbs. with glasses. He has a number of tattoos, including a heart on his chest and a smiley face on his leg. He also has the names Cayla, Jade, Cassie and Hosstin tattoed on his arm. Police say Mutschler has a surgical scar on the back of his neck.
According to a release, Mutschler may be driving a maroon 1996 Chrysler Concord with peeling and faded paint.
