BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A Battle Creek man is dead after an incident in which he was shot.
Justin William Madden, 18, was pronounced dead on scene when police responded to the 50 block of Rambling just before midnight Friday.
It isn’t clear at this time how Madden was shot or whether the shot was self-inflicted.
Police say that at this point in the investigation, it appears that the shooting is accidental in nature.
The incident remains under investigation.
