West Michigan – It looks like a typical spring weather pattern for the area into the weekend. Dry and mild weather is expected for Friday and Saturday. Rain develops by Sunday, followed by some much cooler air.
Friday afternoon will bring sunshine and high temperatures around 70° as high pressure drifts to our south. It will be cooler along the lakeshore with northwest winds.
Another area of high pressure will move into the northern part of the state on Saturday with skies remaining mostly sunny. High temperatures will once again be near 70°, even along the lakeshore with east winds.
A storm system will approach the Great Lakes on Sunday with rain developing by late morning or early afternoon. High temperatures will stay around 60° with the cloud cover and rain.
The storm system will track into the northern part of the state by Monday morning with rain showers and cooler temperatures for the day.
