TALLMADGE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- Employees of a local electric business were able to call and report a fire before safely evacuating the building early Wednesday morning.
The fire happened at around 6:40 a.m. at Kleyn Electric, which is located on 1st Avenue in Tallmadge Township of Ottawa County. Dispatchers say flames were reported in the attic area, and once crews arrived, they began calling for additional assistance.
We are being told that all employees made it out safely.
