Police in Dowagiac, in Cass County, are investigating an armed robbery at the Dowagiac Area Federal Credit Union, located at 473 East Division Street.
It happened Thursday morning at 10:23 a.m. Police say the suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, black shoes, glasses and a black cap with a yellow brim.
He displayed a handgun during the robbery, got an undetermined amount of cash, then took off.
Police say surveillance video in and around the bank shows that the man arrived and left on foot.
