GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person was hurt following a crash Saturday afternoon.
It happened around 4:15 p.m. on 44th Street near Kenowa in Georgetown Township.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department said a 73-year-old woman from Hamilton pulled out from a private drive onto 44th Street and didn’t see the oncoming vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle, a 26-year-old man from Hudsonville, told police he couldn’t avoid the crash. The woman was trapped, but only for a short time. She was injured and taken to the hospital where she was listed in good condition.
No one else was injured.
