COMSTOCK PARK, Mich.–A Kent County Sheriff’s Deputy’s cruiser was hit by another vehicle Saturday night, causing minor injuries.
A press release states it happened on Alpenhorn Drive near York just after 9 p.m. A vehicle apparently failed to yield the right of way to the patrol car, crashing into it.
Both the driver of the vehicle and the deputy suffered very minor injuries, according to the release.
The Kent County Sheriff’s Department states no citations were given out, but the crash is still under investigation.
