COURTLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person died in a three-vehicle crash late Saturday night.
Michigan State Police said it happened on M-57 just east of Northland Drive in Courtland Township.
At around 11:30 p.m., a 2004 Subaru was traveling east on M-57, crossed the center line, and struck a 2006 Toyota pick-up truck. The truck was then struck by a 1995 Honda following behind.
Police said the driver of the Subaru was pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the pickup were taken to a Grand Rapids hospital. The male driver was listed in stable condition and the female passenger was listed as critical.
The two people in the third vehicle were not hurt.
