ROCKFORD, Mich. — Rockford Police and Michigan State Police investigated a bomb threat that was phoned into the post office Friday.
The initial threat occurred at about 12:49 p.m. at the post office located at 57 Courtland St., according to Rockford Police. The building was evacuated, and the Michigan State Police K9 units were called in to help search the building.
The building was cleared for reentry at about 2 p.m.
