GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- WinterWest, a festival of winter activities, will be held in Richmond Park in Grand Rapids on Sunday, January 25, 2015. The event is sponsored by the City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation Department and the Friends of Grand Rapids Parks.
One of the highlights will be the Crazy Cardboard Sled Competition.
