WYOMING, Mich. — A 33-year-old woman is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge in connection with the death of her 18-month-old daughter.
According to a release from Wyoming Police, Rebecca Cotes is accused of neglecting her daughter’s medical condition, which police say caused her death in March 2014.
Police and Child Protective Services have been investigating the death and have decided to file charges.
She was charged Wednesday in 62A District Court.
