One injured during head-on crash

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — One person was injured in a two-vehicle, head-on crash Tuesday.
 
At 5:22 p.m. Tuesday, the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash on Riley Street west of Kingwood. Seth Wilson, 21, of West Olive was westbound on Riley, approached a slow moving van, swerved into oncoming traffic to avoid hitting the van and hit an eastbound vehicle head-on driven by Sherri Rozema, 47, of Hamilton.
 
That vehicle was driven by Sherri Rozema, 47, of Hamilton. Her front-seat passenger, Jennifer Siereveld-Thomas, 26, of Holland, was transported to Holland Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Both drivers were not hurt. All three were wearing seat belts at the time of impact.
