GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The driver of a Smart Car who died in a crash Sunday has been identified as Brandon Cleere, 25, of Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids Police said Monday.
Cleere was driving a 2008 Smart Car Sunday at 10:38 a.m. when his car crossed the center line of Knapp Street west of Dean Lake Avenue and collided with a westbound Ford Taurus driving by a 30-year-old Grand Rapids man. The other driver was not hurt.
