MARCELLUS, Mich. — Deputies are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery that happened Thursday.
According to Cass County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded to an armed robbery around 10:40 p.m. Thursday.
It happened at the Yummies Marathon gas station.
The suspect walked into the station and pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the clerk, demanding money.
The suspect is described as a white male, around 5’8″ tall, around 220 pounds, wearing blue jeans, light blue tee shirt and a dark grey hooded sweat shirt with a black vest. The suspect was also wearing a black and gray striped winter hat with a blue bandana covering his face.
He left the store with an unknown amount of cash. The K-9 unit was called in but couldn’t track him down.
Luckily, no one was hurt.
