GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A 16-year-old suffered a serious head injury Tuesday after being struck by a vehicle.
According to Grand Rapids Police, the incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Fuller and Sweet Street NE.
No other injuries were reported. The crash is still under investigation.
