GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police are looking for an armed man who robbed a BP station Thursday night.
At 9:28 p.m. Thursday, an armed robbery was reported at the BP station at 2035 Lake Michigan Drive NW. The man used what appeared to be a 9 mm handgun to commit the robbery and then fled out the east door going northbound with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The Grand Rapids Police Department told FOX 17 NEWS that the suspect was described as a black male in his 20s with a blue bandana covering his face and a dark blue coat.
Officers are conducting a canine unit track right now in the area of Bridge Street NW and Covell Avenue NW.
