MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 22-year-old man has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly raping a 7-year-old boy several times.
Roy Roger Sokolowski was arraigned Dec. 10 and faces between 25 years and life in prison if convicted.
According to the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office, Sokolowski sexually assaulted the boy on numerous occasions between January and August of this year. The victim is related to him, officials said.
Sokolowski is behind bars on a $750,000 bond and is due back in court for a probable cause hearing at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 23.
