MUIR, Mich. — A 10-year-old was seriously injured Friday after a head-on collision on Maple Road near Hayes Road.
According to the Ionia County Sheriff’s Department, an eastbound car driven by a 31-year-old Muir woman turned into the path of a westbound car driven by a 54-year-old man.
The woman had three children in the back seat of the car, ages 3, 6 and 10. The 10-year-old was transported to Spectrum Hospital.
No other injuries were reported.
