GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Preparations have been underway since late summer, and it's almost time for the annual Great Thanksgiving Banquet in Holland, but that doesn't mean more help isn't needed. While the Holland Rescue Mission has enough volunteers to assist in cooking and serving, they could use food namely desserts and turkeys - because it wouldn't be a Thanksgiving meal without Turkey!
Volunteer Coordinator Martha Wing came to FOX 17 to talk about the event and how to help the cause.
This year's banquet will be held Wednesday November 26th at 6pm., all are welcome to attend.
