GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- One of West Michigan's premier basketball talents has found a college home.
Grand Rapids Christian senior guard Deleon Brown announced his commitment to the University of Colorado last week on Twitter after visiting the school's campus in Boulder.
The honorable mention all-stater averaged 20.3 points for the Eagles in 2013-2014, taking GR Christian to a Class A district final.
Colorado finished third in the Pac-12 conference last season - finishing 23-12 and making the NCAA Tournament for a third straight year.
