MUSKEGON COUNTY, Mich. — Derek Rainbolt was found guilty Thursday of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a teenage girl.
Rainbolt, 34, was convicted in the 2011 sexual assault of a then 13-year-old girl.
According to the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office, the assault happened at Rainbolt’s store, Computer Plus, located in Fruitport Township.
He faces up to life in prison when he’s sentenced Nov. 10.
