GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police have ruled the death of Joseph Chenier a homicide.
Chenier was found dead Sept. 25 by construction workers who were working near the northbound entrance to US-131 at Ann Street.
According to a release, Chenier died from internal injuries. No other details have been released.
