HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A teenage girl was reportedly kidnapped from a store’s parking lot, driven to another location by the suspect, and then sexually assaulted.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, the victim reported It happened on Sunday afternoon at the Michael’s store on West Shore Drive in Holland Township.
The 16-year-old girl said she was getting out of her car in the parking lot, when a man came up and pulled her into his vehicle. The suspect drove her to an unknown different location and sexually assaulted her. The girl told police she was able to get out of the vehicle and run away.
She described the suspect as a Hispanic man, roughly 30 years old, about 5’8″ tall, weighing roughly 200 pounds. He was driving a smaller, silver SUV.
