Suspect sought in Holland Walgreens robbery

HOLLAND, Mich. — Police are searching for a suspect who they say robbed a Holland Walgreens Thursday.

The robbery happened at about 7:12 p.m. at the store located at 780 Washington Ave.  Holland Police say a man approached the cashier with a knife and took money from the register.

No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect is described by police as a black male in his 30s or 40s, roughly 6 feet tall with a scruffy beard.

He was wearing a dark blue or black button down shirt with the sleeves cut off at the elbow and gray pants.  He was also wearing a black baseball cap.
