Police looking for suspect in a strong-armed robbery

BATTLE CREEK, Mich.- Police are looking for a man who pushed a woman to the ground and then took her money.

According to the Battle Creek Police Department, the strong-armed robbery happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning in the area of Dickman Rd. and M-66.

The victim told officers that she was walking to work when she was approached by a white male. The suspect then knocked her to the ground and stole her money before fleeing the area. The woman then made it to work and called police.

The suspect is described as a white male, 45-55 years old, grey hair, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans.
