MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 52-year-old Muskegon man is facing up to 12 years behind bars after being accused of child abuse.
According to the Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office, Alexis Franklin Hannah was arrested Wednesday on charges of second-degree child abuse and lying to police.
The victim, a 2-year-old girl, suffered a leg fracture at her Second Street home Tuesday, the prosecutor’s office says.
Officials say Hannah knows the girl but is not her father, and he denies causing the injury.
