Pleasant first weekend of Fall

Posted

WEST MICHIGAN — (September 6, 2014) After an active night of severe weather Friday, the weekend forecast is looking more pleasant and comfortable.

The cold front, which brought 40 to 60 mile per hour winds to parts of West Michigan Friday evening has moved east and behind it we will see clearing skies and cooler temperatures.

Sunny skies will help temperatures warm into the low to mid 70’s by afternoon but clear skies combined with calm winds Saturday night will drop temperatures into the upper 40’s and low 50’s overnight.

Despite the cool start to Sunday morning temperatures will rebound into the mid 70’s with light winds and sunny skies. The pleasant weather sticks around through the beginning of the new work week.
