HOLLAND, Mich. — The Ottawa County Michigan Works! Holland Service Center will host a hiring event for four employers with 102 open positions.
The Holland Service Center is on 121 Clover Street in Holland and will host the fair 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The companies looking to hire new employees are: Allied Business Services, Forge Staffing, Blu Perspective, and Effex Management Solutions, which is hiring for Magna Mirrors in Holland.
Allied will be at the fair 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. and has four open positions for call center account representatives and call center account representatives – bilingual (Spanish). The jobs pay $13 per hour and applicants must have keyboarding and verbal communication skills with an ability to conduct business in a professional manner.
Forge will be on site 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and will hire for forty positions that are all full-time and long-term. Positions include assembly, packaging, inspection, plastic injection molding, and machine operating. The pay for the open positions range from $9 to $12 per hour.
Blu Perspective will hire for eight open jobs 10 a.m. – noon and 1 – 4 p.m. and job offers will be made on site. The company is looking for quality inspectors, quality team leaders, and quality response technicians. Applicants should have a resume and be prepared for a brief interview.
Effex will be available 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m. to hire for 50 full-time assembly and production jobs for Magna Mirrors in Holland. Starting pay for first shift is $9.25 per hour and $9.75 for second shift. Third shift will include benefits like access to medical coverage plans, paid holidays, and vacation bonuses.
