HAMPTON, Ga. — Tony Stewart will return to racing this weekend at the Aug. 31 race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Stewart-Haas racing announced Thursday.
Stewart sat out the past three races after he struck and killed Kevin Ward Jr. Aug. 9 during a race at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in New York.
