GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Police say the death of a man who fell from a downtown parking garage has been ruled an accidental fall..
A memorial for “Tom M Desser” has been placed near the scene of the fall.
This is the third incident of this type involving a downtown parking garage in the past five months. Police do not suspect foul play in any of the cases.
