ROCKFORD, Mich. — When the MLB season starts winding down, the WMML season is just starting.
Registration is now open for the second fall season of the West Michigan Miracle League. The WMML is the adaptive baseball organization that plays at Nate Hurwitz Field, inside the new Art Van Baseball/Softball Complex off 10 Mile Road in Rockford.
The season starts on Saturday,September 6, with games following each Saturday through October 4. The league is open to children ages 5-18 who have a physical or mental disability. The registration fee is $40, and scholarships are available. Registration is open through August 24.
