MATTAWAN, Mich. — A man is in custody and a standoff has ended in Mattawan.
According to Van Buren County Sheriff’s Department investigators, a man barricaded himself inside a vehicle with a gun north of Interstate 94 on Red Arrow Highway near 25th Street.
The incident was first reported at 2:30 p.m.
The man was taken into custody and had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
