WRIGHT TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who they say struck and killed a pedestrian late Thursday night in Ottawa County.
The incident happened at Arthur Street and 24th in Wright Township. Police say Travis Ryke, 24, was walking along the street when a vehicle hit him. He was rushed to the hospital, but he died as a result of his injuries.
There is no suspect vehicle description available. Anyone with information is asked to call the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
