ALBION, Mich. — Deputies in Calhoun County seized about 70 marijuana plants after they responded to an anonymous tip.
Around 10 p.m. on July 23, police responded to the tip, found a marijuana grow operation at a home on West Erie Street and also took about $1,000 in cash from the home.
Deputies made contact with a 43-year-old man at the home, but did not make any arrests. They have since turned the case over to the county prosecutor’s office for manufacturing and delivery of marijuana.
