GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Traffic is backed up in northeast Grand Rapids after a crash involving a semi truck at eastbound I-96 at Alpine Avenue. Northbound U.S. 131 is backed up into downtown Grand Rapids as well as eastbound I-96 near Alpine Avenue. The crash happened just after 2 p.m.
