HOLLAND, Mich. (June 9, 2014) — A truck struck and damaged the southbound US-31 overpass at S. Washington Avenue Monday, according to Holland Public Safety.
Officials are asking motorists to avoid the area.
Traffic is currently blocked at both north and southbound S. Washington Avenue, according to a release. US-31 traffic is being detoured at Central Avenue.
According to MDOT, it will be several hours until both roads are reopen. No injuries have been reported.
