LEROY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (June 4, 2014) — A 73-year-old man was killed Tuesday during a fire at his home in Osceola County.
Eugene Donovan was unable to escape his residence during the blaze, according to a release from Michigan State Police. The fire was reported at roughly 4:30 p.m.
Donovan’s wife was able to get out of the Leroy Road home before it became engulfed in flames, police said.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
