GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. (May 20, 2014) — A 51-year-old Allendale woman was injured Tuesday after a two-vehicle crash Monday in Georgetown Township.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department, the woman was traveling westbound on Bauer Road at roughly 5:30 p.m. when she failed to stop at the 36th Street intersection and struck a northbound vehicle.
Deputies said her vehicle was overturned when they arrived on scene. The driver of the other vehicle, a 38-year-old Grand Rapids man, was not injured.
As of Tuesday the woman was listed in stable condition at the hospital.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, the crash remains under investigation.
