GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (May 18, 2014)- At least one person is arrested early Sunday after chasing people at a location where there were reports of “shots fired,” that’s according to the Grand Rapids Police Department.
It all started after there were reports of “shots fired” in the 800 block of Neland Avenue SE in Grand Rapids. When they arrived there, police said people ran in different directions.
One suspect was quickly arrested after a chase and faces weapon charges. Officers said they found two guns at 808 Neland Avenue SE.
In a different chase, they said three additional guns were found near Alto Ave. and Walkins Street.
No reports of injuries.
