‘Horsin Around at the Derby’ for Equest Center

ROCKFORD, Mich. (April 25, 2014) — Can’t make it to Louisville, Kentucky, on May 3rd? No worries, you can still enjoy the Kentucky Derby while supporting an amazing cause right here in west Michigan. The Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding is holding their annual Horsin’ Around at the Derby event where you can wear your best hat, watch the race, and enjoy great Derby-themed food and drink like the famous Mint Julep. Money raised goes to support the Center’s efforts to provide equine-based therapy to people with physical and emotional challenges. .
