BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (April 16, 2014) — A 23-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on numerous gun law violations, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and driving with a suspended license.
According to a release, the Battle Creek Gang Suppression Unit pulled a vehicle over at about 9 p.m. in the area of Baldwin Street near Hudson Street.
They said officers located two handguns and suspected crack cocaine on the driver.
A passenger in the vehicle was also arrested on an unrelated warrant. Both are lodged at the Calhoun County Jail pending formal arraignment.
