Toxicology Results Released in Heritage Hill Death

Posted

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (April 7, 2014) — The toxicology results for the man found dead on a Heritage Hill sidewalk have been forwarded to the Kent County Medical Examiner’s Office.

According to Spectrum Blodgett officials, Dan Lester, 40, had high levels of alcohol and antidepressants in his blood after being found unresponsive Feb. 27.

Because of the high levels of antidepressants, Lester’s death has been ruled a suicide, officials said.

After his body was discovered that morning, investigators also said Lester was not appropriately dressed for the cold weather.
