Jordan Morgan Continues To Shine in NCAA Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Mar. 29, 2014) — Last year, Jordan Morgan couldn’t find the floor in the NCAA tournament. This year, he’s owning the tournament.

Morgan was once again one of Michigan’s best players in its 73-71 win over Tennessee to advance to the Midwest Regional Finals. Morgan scored  a team-high 15 and grabbed seven rebounds in the victory.

This coming from a guy who played less then ten minutes in every single game of the 2013 NCAA tournament. But with no Mitch McGary this season for the Wolverines, Morgan has been given a bigger role and he’s making the most of it.

The redshirt senior will now look to lead Michigan past Kentucky on Sunday in the Elite Eight to advance the Wolverines to their second straight Final Four. Tip is set for 5:05 p.m. on Sunday.
