GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (March 28, 2014) — Fresh off winning a grant from Mercantile Bank, the Conductive Learning Center is now focusing on raising money as a charity partner of the Fifth Third River Bank Run.
By joining Team CLC, runners can raise money for scholarships so more children can ‘learn their way to independence.’
Conductive education originated in Hungary in the 1940s and uses a multi-disciplinary approach to educate, train, and assist kids with cerebral palsy, spina bifida, and other motor challenges.
CLC is so highly regarded that families often travel from out-of-state to take part in the program.
