BIG RAPIDS, Mich. (March 22, 2104)- The Bulldogs are heading back to the NCAA Hockey Tournament.
The NCAA announced the 16-team tournament Sunday afternoon, which placed Ferris State (28-10-3) in the Midwest region taking on Colgate (21-13-5) in the first round. Game time is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Midwest region games are being played at U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The other game in the Midwest region features the Big Ten Tournament Champion Wisconsin (24-10-2) taking on North Dakota (23-13-3). The winners of those games will be play to be in the Frozen Four.
The Ferris State/ Colgate game will be on ESPN 3. The Frozen Four will be played in Philadelphia, April 10th- 12th.
