EMMETT TOWNSHIP, Mich. (March 14, 2014) – Emergency crews are being dispatched to a hotel construction site in Calhoun County’s Emmett Township and there are word of injuries.
According to the Battle Creek Police Department, it happened at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel on Harper Village Drive off Beckley Road.
Battle Creek Police tell FOX 17 News at least six people were hurt, said police, when the scaffolding gave way at about 12:15 p.m.
